policy is located, including www.crresearch.com, www.netcrimson.com, www.parentspeak.com (collectively,
the "Sites"). C+R Research is located at 500 N.
Michigan Ave, Chicago IL 60611. This policy does not cover information
collected offline or elsewhere by C+R Research.

How is my information collected?

We collect information directly from you – for
example, when you register for a panel, participate in a survey, fill out a
form requesting information from us, or give us access to information you
post to a social networking site, such as Facebook.
We collect information from you passively – we
use common tracking techniques like traditional cookies, Flash cookies, and
web beacons. This policy describes how and when we use these technologies.
Third parties we work with may also give us information
about you – for example, our clients, on whose behalf we conduct
research projects of various kinds.

With our clients for their business purposes –
for example companies on whose behalf we conduct various kinds of research
projects. The following information is shared:

non-identifiable information from research projects with clients. This
includes background information combined with survey opinion data.
- Clients may
request that we share personal information with them for their own
marketing purposes. You will be provided an opportunity to agree to
having your information shared before it is provided to the client.

secure the information we collect.
We cannot guarantee, however, that the

public medium, and we encourage you to use caution when disclosing

Your Rights for California Residents
|
If you have an established
business relationship with us you may request from us a list of the
categories of personal information we have disclosed to third parties for
those third parties’ marketing purposes during the previous calendar year, and
a list of those third parties. We will include in that list the names and
addresses of the third parties who received the information and used it (or
who we believe may have used it) for their own marketing purposes in the last
calendar year.
To
exercise your rights, you may make one request each year by emailing us at privacy@crresearch.com or
writing us at the address listed in the “Contact Us” section below. Indicate
in your letter that you are a California resident making a “Shine the Light”
inquiry. Responses will be provided within 30 days.

Non-US Users
|
The Sites are operated in the United States. If you are located outside of
the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us
will be transferred to the United States and that by using the Sites/giving
your information, you consent to such transfer, and understand that the U.S.
may not provide the same level of protections as the laws of your country.
